Cancelations

Payment that has been made cannot be refund / moved trip/re-schedule, but participants can find a replacement person ( change name ).

However, due to covid-19 pandemic uncertainties, we allow participants to reschedule the trip within a month from the original schedule, subject to availability please confirm at least 2 weeks before the trip if you are going to reschedule. re-schedule max 2 times

Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip can be reschedule or cancelled. but there is no refund.

Participants who arrive late at the meeting point causing delay and causes inconvenience to other participants, deemed to resign and there is no refund provided

Responsibility

Gandiva Phinisi is not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for change or cancellations of flights. baggage damage/loss or delay by airlines, hotel or other transportation, damage/loss of personal belongings of participants during the trip and changes/reduction in travel due to force majeure.

Participants are responsible for loss/damage to facilities we provided such as life jacket, snorkels, masks and will be charged according to the price of the items.

Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip cannot make unilateral decisions in anyform without our consent

If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, we have the right to issue/repatriate the participants without any refunds that have been paid. by registering the participants agrees to the term and conditions during the trip.

you need to arrive one day before trip because on the first day. the trip will start in the morning. Flights available from various cities

Participants can depart on the last day of the trip (for 3D2N and 4D3N ). We adjust according to the Flight schedule of participants. For 2D1N, Participants can depart one day after the trip. For the first day of arrival, you need to book accommodations

Contact our sales representative and check availability. Usually, schedule starts to fill up one month before, and if you plan to sail with us during holiday time. It is recommended that you check a few months in advance to book your date.

Booking cannot be made without down payment. We need 50% deposit to confirm schedule, and rest of payment must be done at least 7 days before the trip.

After booking is confirmed, we will send you a registration form to fill in participants data. this includes food preferences (Vegetarian, vegan Etc), Medical conditions, any allergies, Etc. So that we can anticipate and serve you better. By registering the participants agrees to the term and conditions during the trip
